DiDiTech Solutions offers:
Tech consulting services (e.g., website support, troubleshooting, WordPress guidance).
Tutoring services for computer studies and digital skills.
All services are offered on a session-based model, with flexible scheduling through Stripe and Calendly.
Payment must be made in full via Stripe before booking your sessions.
After payment, you will receive a Calendly link to schedule your sessions at a time that works for you.
Sessions are typically one hour each unless otherwise specified.
Purchased sessions do not need to be used all at once—you can spread them over multiple days.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via Calendly.
Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the session.
No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session, it will be marked as completed and is non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided after payment unless there is a technical error or unforeseen issue on our side.
By using our services, you agree to:

Be respectful and professional during sessions.
Use our services only for lawful purposes.
All materials provided by DiDiTech Solutions (guides, tips, resources) are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.
DiDiTech Solutions is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
